Hackers hack websites. Planned Parenthood hacks innocent, helpless, defenseless little boys and girls into little pieces, millions of them. Not that their website has been hacked. They simply replaced all of their content with a page making the claim. As has been pointed out, the existence of that page on the web makes the claim itself ridiculous.

To point it out to people who are not tech savvy, simply mention that this is akin to a radio station broadcasting, "Due to terrorist acts, this radio station is not broadcasting any signal at all, at this time. We will update this message later, when we are able to transmit."
