In this day of www.com pushing out information or videos can not be controlled by a court. A court order in, say, California has no standing in, say, Florida. Or even any destination outside the US. And once on the web it never dies. All this does is draw more attention to the whole debacle.....

The only good aspect of this has been the flood of outrage we’ve heard from the news media and pundits on “censorship” and “prior restraint.”
