It is said to have been an internal poll conducted by one of Donald Trump’s GOP rivals. (one of the campaigns that is currently cash-rich but tepid in the polls) A quick “test the water” outline in some of the more critical battleground states. What came back stunned not only the campaign, but sent ripples through various Democratic operatives as well who have since been sending out the alarm – Donald Trump is appealing to minority voters in a way not seen by any Republican of the modern era. It is a base of support cutting through a cross-section of normally divided demographics that could result in a 2016 Trump Landslide.
“It’s still hush-hush, but enough mouths are moving to make it credible. It apparently started with some Florida numbers by the leading candidate down there. They had been warned their numbers were slipping and the campaign decided to confirm. They received more than confirmation. What they came back with were numbers that elevated Donald Trump’s support among minorities beyond anything they thought was possible. This initiated an order of three more internal polls of other battleground states and the results were very similar – Donald Trump is making significant gains across the board with minority voters.
In just two months he has done what Republicans have been crying about doing for the last several years. It’s remarkable. It also means the media, who likely already knows about the polling data, will be throwing everything they can at the Trump campaign to topple it once and for all. They cannot allow a candidate who is overturning all of the established rules of what a Republican is and isn’t.
Democrats want him gone. Republicans want him gone. The only ones who appear to want him to stay is a growing number of supporters representing a surprisingly large percentage of the American public.”

I don't think so. Candidate 1 is Rubio and Candidate 2 is our guy Cruz. Bush is not tepid in the polls. Rubio is and, to and even greater extent, so is Cruz.
Trump is now seen as a credible threat to the Establishment. He needs to upgrade his personal security.
It’s true, I’ve talked and observed some of the Demographic.
What I am surprised to find is that with a certain segment, they actually admire someone they see as an “Alpha Male”, and their politics/skin color really doesn’t matter to them. If you can win over that segment and peel off that segment of the minority community, you can win elections. But they will not vote for a Milquetoast candidate, like Romney...never, never, never.
Anecdotal I know, but my grandson's black friends are voting for Trump because they want jobs! Plus they really like that man anyway! He talks normal, according to them.

Rush just had a caller who hit the nail on the head: Everything Trump says about America points to greatness, it’s all positive. “this is a great country, we’re gonna be great again.” He speaks like a winner who is going to win, not someone equivocating.

And if he does, how will that benefit conservatives? As far as I can tell, the only things Trump can be considered conservative about are some fiscal issues and immigration. While those are important issues, Trump appears to be much more aligned with Democrats on social issues. What kind of judges would a President Trump appoint? I could easily see him appointing a Justice Hillary to SCOTUS (he has said very nice things about her in the past).
I'm sorry, but someone will need to be conservative on more issues than one or two to get my support. I like that Trump tweaks the MSM and gets everyone all lathered up, but I don't want him as president...

As I Posted a while ago, the Apolitical People I know are talking about Trump. Up until now, these same People didn’t give a damn about Politics and they just rolled their Eyes whenever I talked about my Guy Senator Cruz.
Something is going on my FRiends. Will it last, I have no idea. Hopefully Senator Cruz will benefit from this since he is the only one out there, except maybe Fiorina that doesn’t spend their days bashing Trump.
I predict that Senator Cruz will be the only Republican Contender that will taking a ride on Trump’s 757. LOL

There will pull out all the stops in the first debate. Main goal will be to show an irritated and agitated Trump who is too hot headed to be prezzy. Expect Lindsey to call him some name designed to set Trump off.
Me too. Consider those with power (the establishment politicians, the international businessmen, the race hustlers, etc.). None of them would benefit from a Trump presidency. But plenty of them would be harmed by it.
