Hunt for Impartial Judge for 20 Twin Peaks Biker Examining Trials Continues [Waco]
Breitbart Texas ^ | July 29, 2015 | Lana Shadwick

Posted on 07/29/2015 10:01:20 AM PDT by don-o

The hunt is on for an impartial judge to hear 20 Twin Peaks biker examining trials. The administrative judge for the Waco region has asked a Travis County judge to hear the trials.

This comes after one of the judges was found to be biased by a fellow judge after a hearing on a motion to remove him. The other justice of the peace is accused of saying she is biased.

The Waco Tribune-Herald has reported that the administrative judge of the Third Judicial Region, Judge Billy Ray Stubblefield, said he is waiting to hear from the Travis County judge.

In addition to his motion to remove Judge Peterson, Clint Broden filed a complaint with the State Commission on Judicial Conduct alleging that the JP violated the judicial canons of ethics in how presided over the biker cases.

I don’t assume either good or bad. I just want to stay away from them. And them from me....sorry if that seems harsh. It’s not meant to be. There are several folks I choose not to associate with. That doesn’t mean I hate them.

The dif is that in bikers, at MOST, at the very most, maybe one percent of Americans on Harleys or Indians are sick, depraved tyrants, maybe one out of very 100 regardless of tattoos or patches. In America's police forces ... it is at MINIMUM 40 percent, my best and INFORMED guess.

It is truly a matter of unicorns and Easter bunnies -- one is very real (a large percentage of cops are power-hungry seekers and abusers of authority), and one is very fictional (a tiny percentage of bikers are actually malignant bad dudes).

Yep. You and I are on the same page — I happen to be around them a lot on a personal level because I’m a recreational shooter. I think your instincts are very wise.

But when I condemn that 1% AND only that 1% I get flamed!

If those (Bandidos, HA’s, etc) only are 1% then WTF do they get to run the ‘Confederations’ of clubs?

WTF does this 1% get to dictate where and when the others ride and what they wear?

Here's a copy of the exchange you had on a thread.

Then of course avoided my pointed question...but trolled me on another thread...like a dumbass.

;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

Osage Orange to TexasGator

“We had a few Freepers backing Mike Nifong to the bitter end.”

And TexasGator replies....

I don’t remember any!

Let me just point out again...to anyone paying attention. That Duke Lacrosse fiasco happened in 2006

TexasGator, was not here in 2006.

TexasGator...supposedly got here in Aug of 2013

FWIW-

I can't remember any..??

Which implies you were here!

Yet you made a point to say to me... you were too busy during that time to be here.

So, which is it?

Once again....you are lying or you were here!!

Funny thing about this place...your words are recorded.

I mean...keep talking cause you are digging yourself a hole.

---------------------------------------------

TG....you were caught lying..one way or another.

We all know...pretty much what you are doing here..and to boot you are a liar.

You have no cred here.

Why should anyone here believe anything you say?

You don’t have to believe anything I say. OTOH, most of my posts have been sourced. You don’t have to believe any of the sources either.

Well....you lied for all to see awhile back...and you got caught.

Want to answer that question now....?

Were you here in 2006 or not?

Which was the lie....when you told me...you were too busy back then...or when you told the poster...you didn't remember the FReeper's that defended Nifon until the bitter end?

So....question, what's your take on little "red boots" man?

Just ... bump:

We're no longer in the might we crash stage; we're hydroplaning at top speed and it doesn't matter why. ..... But we're in the fast-crumpling-hood-against-the-wall stage, not the Wolfian awkward stage. The time to shoot the bastards isn't during the impact. It's in the post-impact melee of first responders.

I'd simply say, find your friends now. Pick your reservoirs. Doesn't have to be those which supply combatants; we'll need all sorts.

But even if you are not interested in war, war is interested in you.

Don't go into it with a whistle and a hope.

The America in the passenger seat next to you needs more than a pointless, last minute forearm to keep her safe. With apologies to Ethan Clide, Darwin really did get one thing right. The lines that survive are those that most readily adapt.
Adapt readiness.
Be ready.
Have allies.

R.T. just a few comments.

1. Godless, atheist Soviet Communism was an evil structure and deserved to fall. As you say it’s rapid demise was not predicted. There was also the role of Reagan and JP II.

2. It is not merely a battle of men, but of principalities and powers. Our best and first ally is God. Second, God-fearing, good honest and principled people.

3. There are too many variables to have a high confidence level in a prediction such as yours. Some of the variables are not and cannot be known. What unknown Black Swan events might cause a rapid shift in public awareness, for example? Your comments serve as a cry of warning, to be seriously considered. But far from a hopeless conclusion of collapse.

4. W. F. Buckley remarked that he would have despaired, but to despair is a mortal sin . . .

5. Strategy comes before tactics. The tactical usefulness of e.g. criminal gangs is irrelevant at this point, and projected alliances with criminals violates #2, above.

6. We fight the battle that is present. Strategy includes taking “targets of opportunity” — such as presented by a Black Swan event. Right now we have two Black Swan events which should not be wasted: the Planned Parenthood videos of evil exposed; and Trump speaking out. Those are discussed on other threads.

I do suggest that doing everything we can NOW to eliminate at least some of the EVIL of abortion will do our Great Republic immense good, perhaps even changing the trajectory of your impending crash. In the event, the bikers have lawyers and justice is grinding along for better or worse; while Human Persons are being dissected for their identifiable organs.

Respectfully, in service, etc.

Yes, and Thatcher as well.

2. It is not merely a battle of men, but of principalities and powers. Our best and first ally is God. Second, God-fearing, good honest and principled people.

God fearing, good, honest and principled people are simply chaff to be burned up and blown away in the ashes of the killing pits if they are not armed and ready and protected by more men who are armed and ready.

It is easier to disrupt the initial course of a tyranny than to recover and overthrow it when well established. You go to war with the army you have and you build your insurgency with the forces available, even if they be bandits and burglars.

This is a point on which we can disagree. I believe we are in the pre-impact stage. There can, of course, even be white swan events - your earlier example of Reagan, John Paul II (and Thatcher) is a lovely white swan. But hope is not a strategy and neither is luck.

4. W. F. Buckley remarked that he would have despaired, but to despair is a mortal sin . . .

Despair is not what I feel for the country, and certainly not for human freedom. Simply judgment based on history, human nature and the realities of nearly $20 trillion in debt, the Islamic State, the cutural and political idiocy of the electorate, and the death of strong character in the average ignorant citizen.

5. Strategy comes before tactics. The tactical usefulness of e.g. criminal gangs is irrelevant at this point, and projected alliances with criminals violates #2, above.

You're thinking of strategy for rebuilding. I'm not actually referring to that. I'm referring to surviving the immediate post-impact melee, when there's a brief vacuum of power. That's when power gets seized, and without armed power on the ground, already organized and ready, you end up losing the moment, the initiative, the nation and probably your life.

6. We fight the battle that is present. Strategy includes taking “targets of opportunity” — such as presented by a Black Swan event. Right now we have two Black Swan events which should not be wasted: the Planned Parenthood videos of evil exposed; and Trump speaking out. Those are discussed on other threads.

Well, yes. If the hydroplaning stops and you suddenly have traction again, it makes sense to steer.

The Planned Parenthood debacle is indeed a potential game changer, but we'll see. I'm sanguine about the election as well, but absolutely am enjoying Trump's progress.

I understand, I believe, where you are coming from: you want a moral nation, restored by moral people, under moral principles. I do too. We may have to settle for not even getting a nation at all.

Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

I see.....you didn't answer.

Tough to answer hard questions, eh?

Questions you know you can't answer without lying..or telling the truth.

So what about that short guy with the red boots?

You have any theories?

Let me ask you something...I know you are liar..so maybe this is just a waste of my time....

But, what exactly is your purpose here? Do you trust the government to always do the righteous thing?
