Hunt for Impartial Judge for 20 Twin Peaks Biker Examining Trials Continues [Waco]
Breitbart Texas ^ | July 29, 2015 | Lana Shadwick

Posted on 07/29/2015 10:01:20 AM PDT by don-o

The hunt is on for an impartial judge to hear 20 Twin Peaks biker examining trials. The administrative judge for the Waco region has asked a Travis County judge to hear the trials.

This comes after one of the judges was found to be biased by a fellow judge after a hearing on a motion to remove him. The other justice of the peace is accused of saying she is biased.

The Waco Tribune-Herald has reported that the administrative judge of the Third Judicial Region, Judge Billy Ray Stubblefield, said he is waiting to hear from the Travis County judge.

In addition to his motion to remove Judge Peterson, Clint Broden filed a complaint with the State Commission on Judicial Conduct alleging that the JP violated the judicial canons of ethics in how presided over the biker cases.

If you go back, you will see that the personal attacks came at me first.

Says the person who called motorcycle riders "subhumans" and called me an "Obama bootlicker."

” you come in with your pathetic attempts to deflect from this by attacking bikers and the FReepers who have legitimate concerns about misuse of Governmental powers.”

If you go back and look at my post it was not an attack on bikers nor an attack on any Freepers. It was adding facts to a persons opinion.
*****************************************************************************************************
I went back and reviewed the 28 posts you had ON THIS THREAD ALONE and you were all about attacking bikers and FReepers who question the Waco/Obama regime actions in this Waco FIASCO. Of your 28 posts (and counting) in this thread you had ZERO that were concerned with the struggles the locals are having with finding an HONEST, non-Corrupt and non-involved local justice to handle the cases involved in this FIASCO in an impartial manner.

Deflect from Obama government corruption much?
******************************************************************************************************

TexasGator (actually from Florida), I see you're now up well into the thirties on your number of posts on this thread. And you're still not addressing (in a single one of those numerous posts) or discussing the subject of the thread which is the difficult search in Waco for an impartial and non-involved judge to handle the Waco “cases”.

I guess you're too focused on your strange obsession (possibly sadomasochistic? ) with bikers and biker clubs and/or gangs. Your strange obsession makes me wonder about you.

By the way, deflect much from Obama government provocations?

That's a fancy way of saying that in this really scary time of crumbling country, there's a couple places we can find some fearsome tools and rough men ready to wield them. Because the nation's worth saving, and America's worth keeping ...?

Read this far, and had to say: Amen, Bro. FReeper. Now back to finishing the post. :^)

If you go back, you will see that the personal attacks came at me first.

That is because you eat lollipops of human feces, while you are anally gang raped by bikers, you queer hillybilly AIDs-infested communist vermin. You are not even a human being, you goat-impregnating cultist. You are a phoney, an insane epileptic killing thief and are the most evil, woman-mutilating rapist of children and camels. You are butt-smelling monkey who squats in the spilled urine that leaked nonstop into your underwear. You are a retarded inbred clown with an overbite, and have no redeeming features.

No. Just reacting to the criminal biker gang fanbot posts here.

And there we see the mindset that is all this poster has ever brought to the table. 99.9% of her / his posts are nothing else.

The idea that a free people must remain constantly vigilant against depredation of Constitutional due process is seemingly of no concern. The danger of precedent being set in the mass roundup absent individualized probable cause and guilt by association is never addressed. It is ignored.

(The above is posted merely as fyi for any newcomers to the Waco discussions. Most us us just scroll past the trollage.)

I have addressed it many times! When 186 bikers start a gunfight in a public plaza on a Sunday afternoon you have no choice but round them all up and sort things out later.

Yes, and when unicorns start attacking the Easter Bunny, you have no choice but to round them all up and send them to the North Pole.

They are both EXACTLY the same kinds of things.

Yes, and when unicorns start attacking the Easter Bunny,

This Hells Angels "Easter Bunny" tortured and murdered a mentally handicapped man who happened to be a witness to some Hells Angels crimes. (I know, it's hard to imaginine bunnies and unicorns doing anything wrong.) He then murdered two others.

"subhumans"

Scum is also a good word. As in: long-haired drug-smoking drug-dealing hippie scum on motorcycles.

“But what is collapse, when we look at it? How do we recognize it? Is there something we can point to in order to say, “Yes, this is a clear indisputable fact, we’re collapsing?”

One sure sign is when 186 members of biker gangs have the gall to start a gang war in a public plaza on a Sunday afternoon.

What does your post possibly have to do with the subject of this thread?

But, while we’re hijacking.

I don’t particularly like cops. Don’t hate’em, just don’t want to associate with them. Here’s just an example:

The most senior officer of the small town police force next door to my town was a woman. I knew her well because she rented a property from my girlfriend. Her main after work entertainment was attending drunken parties with her fellow officers. They would get drunk and high and then she would have sex with whoever wanted it in front of whoever might be there. Often with multiple “Officers” at the same time. She thought it was just fine. She bragged to me and my girlfriend on more than one occasion. Usually when she was drunk or pilled up. Which to my recollection was every time I saw her.

One night she was coming home, driving drunk and high, when she hit a house. Hurt her pretty bad. She actually got a DUI this time and was fired from the force. Arrested by a State Trooper.

This was not the first time. She had many drunken “accidents”. But until this time it had been her cop buddies that responded to the accident.

She spent her last couple of years of life renting a trailer from my girlfriend. Had a rough time collecting...She drank and drugged herself to death at the age of 50.

Protect and Serve!!!
