I think they are doing this to give Carly Fiorina some air time. She has been appearing on FOX a lot.

She is also coming across as a very knowledgeable person. She’s dealt with more foreign leaders than Hillary. I think she will definitely have a high place in a GOP conservative administration.

Trump is bigger than life, but for guys like Cruz, Walker, it’s just tough to break through the media onslaught.

I predict that Walker will be sliding downhill in the polls, as more people across the country become aware of him. I know he’s had some victories in WI (unions), but otherwise he’s no great shakes.
Perry, as a Governor, has a much greater track record for his State than Walker, Huckabee, Bush, Kascich or Christi.
The PROBLEM s that in the past, only cowards ran on the ticket. You know I’m not a Trump fan but the man is FAR from a coward. He’s an Alpha. Cruz is an Alpha. No less of one but a different kind. Neither will repeat the mistakes that Ronaldus Magnus (PBUH) left office. Or back down to them.

Cruz’ mother was an American citizen.
Jindal and Rubio were both born in the US, but in both cases their parents were foreign citizens, so IMO neither meets the requirement of the Constitution.
How does it deny time to Cruz and Trump? They’ll be in the main event. The wannabees with next to no support will be in the pre-debate debate.

I may be wrong, but I don’t think the general public sees Cruz the way we do. We know of his actions because we’re tuned in here. We like what he stands for. We look for information about him. I don’t think the public is as aware of him.
His polling numbers are nowhere near what I want to see.
I believe this is the reason why.
Not everyone is like us, nose to the ground trying to find a good guy.
Look at this Mitch McGoner thing. The Republicans actually help the media marginalize the guy. With Trump that doesn’t happen. They try, but he pulverizes them.
I don’t see Cruz being able to do that. For us? Sure. For the general public. I’m not so sure.

Octex, you may be right about Walker. It remains to be seen. I note in New Hampshire he was at 7% and Cruz was at 3%. That bothered me. I’d rather Cruz be higher.
As for Perry, I don’t know of his Texas record. I only know what I see of him, and most of it isn’t very good.
The Gardasil thing was a massive negative for me.
I agree that he is not someone who should be potus. He is not the fighter America needs at this time.
However, his answers to the questions of Planned Parenthood were spot on, and I really appreciated them.
Especially on how in America the relationship between mother and unborn child has been corrupted.
That is truth, and that really bothers me.

We’re going to see that on a huge scale when SHTF. Our side won’t be shocked like the idiots/libs/progressives because we could see it coming.

Brett might be fair but the other two won’t. This is the same old. The other two moderators are far from conservative and only interested in them being king and queen gotchas. I think we will need trump to call out the charade it will be.
Cruz is like in 8th place and falling fast. I think he will barely make it to the stage but it will be by a whisper.
Because all the time they will spend doing ‘commentary’ and asking inane questions about it during the debate will take that time.
