Palin saved McCain’s campaign in 2008
Pulling massive crowds and big $$
Despite being reined in by her handlers
Then McCain blew it with TARP participation and failure to blame the democrats
Then again I know people who pulled away from McCain because of Sarah as she became too much a side show...I had several conversations attempting to overcome this with people who couldn’t handle her style nor her family antics......I really don’t want to defend that again.
McCain couldn’t afford to win, therefore didn’t want to.
