Trump has unlimited pocketbooks if he so chooses. The journalists don’t. DB can defend them or not, but they won’t work for DB forever.They will have someone watching them forever.
The journalists have DB’s pocketbooks, which (through their parent company, and their parent company’s insurer) are just as unlimited as Trump’s. And, again, this would not be a particularly challenging or costly case to defend.
