A Rock Island man has filed suit against the city and three of its police officers alleging that he was beaten up and discriminated against due to his sexual orientation.
The suit filed earlier this month in U.S. District Court, Rock Island, alleges that Stephen J. Girman, who is gay, called officers to his residence on Sept. 16, 2014, in regards to his partner Jerid Ryder.
The suit was filed on behalf of Mr. Girman by Chicago-based attorney Michael Schmiege and David Lowery Jr., founder of the Living and Driving While Black Foundation...

Not anarchy or only briefly. What will eventuate is a Federal Police force which will answer to nobody but to whoever the Supreme Leader is at the time.

The “couple” pled guilty to “resisting” but nothing in the article whatsoever as to what they actually did. Only what the cops allegedly did.
