Ah yes! How well I remember good old "Revised Statute 2477," "Home Rule" and all the other things that Federal Bureaucrats love to snear at local elected officials as "Sagebrush Rebellion," or "County Supremacy Movement," or some other dismissive and pejorative slur on the government closest to the people!!!
I once won a campaign based on a banner saying I and my committee wanted "a county government open under new attitude!" I think Trump is expressing the same sentiment in a slightly different way.
One can only hope that if he should happen to win, that he governs with a humble attitude that doesn't cater to the tyrannical whims of liberals and pointy headed academics!!!
