The beginning of the title made me think this was about Congress. Never mind.

Exactly. Who needs it? Just ban the crap. If someone really wants the taste of cilantro in his burrito, he should just squirt a little Dawn dishwashing detergent into it! (j/k)

No, this is just more disgusting information about what Messycans do to our food. It’s not just cilantro. You think your Mexican tomatoes are clean? Look... they hate us. Face it. Ninety percent of the world hates us and a lot of this stuff is being done deliberately in the fields, and not just by hateful or careless individuals. More reason to build that wall. High, wide and deep. Cut off the flow of everything. See who suffers first - and most - and who will beg most pitifully for commerce to resume and promise absolutely to put an end to this crap. Who knows? The price of tequila might even return to its rightful place.

Thanks for link. I used to use it to clean, but got really bad eczema on my hands from it so had to stop. Should have worn gloves, I guess.

The move comes after health officials found human feces and toilet paper in growing fields,

Cilantro tastes like it too.

LOL! We wish this cilantro tasted like dish detergent.

I like cilantro but I do know people who say it tastes soapy.

“they don’t expect their cilantro supply to be impacted by the ban.”

Impacted is definitely not the problem here. LOL

“I don’t even know what cilantro is.”.......

Its that sprinkled on green “crap” that the Mexicans sprinkle on top of many of their foods. (Sorry for the comparison to “crap”, the Mexican brand comes only in green)

Take a look around the big veggie fields and fruit orchards here in the USA where the illegals are picking the crops.

The old caution concerning eating fresh veggies or drinking the water when South of the Border.
It's been brought up here.

My brother was a agricultural missionary in a S. American country some years ago.
One of the first things he did was get milk pails w/ a hood covering about half the opening. Designed to help prevent the cows from peeing in the milk. Strange tasting milk. Really.

Cilantro has a soapy taste and for many people it causes gas.

Never got really excited about it.
