I like that but Cruz already stated he would not go third party, he has not backtracked or flip-flopped on anything yet but on this one I would be willing to approve him doing so.

That is indeed unfortunate since it is abundantly clear that the GOPe cannot be reformed from within. Even if Cruz manages to win some of the primaries, the RNC will make sure that he never gets the delegates that he needs to win. Only Trump might have the firepower to overturn the RNC and that is doubtful.
