Yes, it will get pled down to misdemeanor firearm discharge and the guy will end up OWNING Patrick Ewing but Ewing will have the last laugh because he is NOT Patrick EWING, and Kingfish and Lawyer Calhoun will lose. Jacky Childs will come along and put Patrick Ewing in the poor house....
The state will be happy to prosecute Ewing so they can charge him for the care and rehabilitation of the ‘poor shot’.
