were PA and IL ever close to going for Romney?

stuffed ballot boxes in blue states ultimately don’t affect the electoral votes. only in battleground states does it matter. were PA or IL ever in play for Romney???

Pennsylvania was one of the closest states in 2012, around a 5% margin. A state that close has to flip for the GOP to win in 2016.

You make an argument of a difference without a distinction. The national polling never mattered. IN the ACORN precincts, it was a fait accompli prior to the election...the ballot-counters knew what they would do regardless if Romney were 75-points ahead. [hyperbole for effect]
