Well technically there always has been an Internet Tax, in the form of Use Taxes.
You do pay Use Taxes on your online purchases, right?
I do - actually, my wife tallies up all the untaxed internet purchases when we file our state tax return and we remit the appropriate amount. I don't like paying taxes but I try to follow the law when possible. This is one of the fairest taxes out there.
