I'm afraid that rounding up illegals by the trainload and deporting millions of them - as some here propose - just ain't gonna happen. The toothpaste is already out of that tube, unfortunately. Make it unpleasant for the freeloaders & they'll self-deport. There are hard workers among them. Those that want to add value to our society can move to the back of the line and use the proper & legal channels to remain.
Yes, thanks for your #6. I believe that only babies born to mothers legally here should become Americans. It will be important to give tourist visas only to people who have checked a box that they are not pregnant.
Yes, pregnant woman shouldn’t be allowed to travel here even as tourists. It’s come to that because of the Chinese who come here pregnant, give birth, and leave. Either no pregnant people allowed even on tourist visas, or else no one gets citizenship unless their parent is a citizen or legal resident. That works too. We must stop birth tourism and anchor babies.
