I hope that the next president, assuming he is GOP, will move to rein in the EPA. Part of what is going on, is the EPA is issuing “rules” and “regulations” which affect coal fired power plants so badly.
Shouldn’t the EPA be under the control of Congress and the president? How in the sam hill have we gotten to a point where unelected bureaucrats make policy choices in this country?? That’s definitely a piece of what’s going on here too.
The EPA is an executive agency. Therefore, it is under the direct control of the President.
They aren't making any policies that Obama hasn't approved.
