A judge on Friday ordered the seizure of identification documents and computer hard drives from Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s office, and chastised his attorneys for failing to turn over the evidence, requested months ago in a racial-profiling case against the Arizona lawman.
The U.S. Marshals Service later raided the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.
U.S. District Judge Murray Snow ordered the raid after a court-ordered monitor reported the sheriff’s office failed to hand over more than 1,400 identification documents – driver’s licenses, passports and identification cards – as part of a misconduct investigation involving the sheriff’s office.

Trump is not going to like this.
They’re gonna raid Trump’s office too? LOL! Wouldn’t put it past the gopE to “discover” something that would cause a ruckus.
I think he does because Mike Zullo is independent and has been the lead investigator. He has all the material.
After this blows over, and it will and after Trump/Cruz take the White House or sooner, this judge is going to be investigated. I don’t know what probable cause this judge relied on but I do know he is there for one reason only, because Obama’s people want to hang/lynch the Sheriff.

The communists Democrats are closing in. America is finished because Americans are too busy to really understand that their great days of freedom is about to end. Hope Sheriff Joe can in some way destroy that judge. And Sheriff hope you backup up your complete system.
This just gets weirder and weirder. The judge has long appeared to have it in for Arpaio, but refuses to recuse himself over some significant conflict of interest.
Then Arpaio gets word from some guy that the Just Us Department is intercepting both his communications and those of the federal judge. So Arpaio launches an investigation to find out if this is true. It turns out the guy was a con artist who sold hard drives full of al-Jazeera broadcasts.
Then the judge finds out about the investigation and is mad at Arpaio for not turning over those worthless hard drives to him.
Another thing is that a disgraced former deputy committed suicide, and it turned out he had a huge collection of fake ID cards confiscated from illegal aliens. And the judge is upset with Arpaio for not turning all those fake IDs over to him as well.
So the bottom line is that the whole thing has degenerated into a schoolyard spat, with the judge pushing hard to get Arpaio to resign, but being unable so far to force it, and getting angry and stomping his feet and demanding more and more unrelated things to find something he can use to force Arpaio out of office.
Survival of country be damned.

So much for Arpio’s evidence on the true location of Obamas birth.
Why haven’t these samy “Marshalls” raided Hitlary’s home and seized her computers and records?
We are dealing with a double standard, no doubt.
I can remember someone once saying, “Punish your enemies.”
Joe was a vocal enemy of the state. He could not be allowed to continue on without something like this happening.
In this legal case, Arpaio is the defendant.
