Yup. I’ll be 65 next year, and I’ve lived a good and full life. And I will go down fighting (hell, all I’ll need to do is kill at least two of the bad guys and they can never get even).
But the children; the poor little things will never know what it’s like to have lived in a free country. I lived in one (though I don’t think the United States is a free country anymore; at least, it is nowhere near as free as it was when I was younger); and it was great.
