There isn’t enough “stalking” horses in the world to help Biden or Jerry Brown.Actually, as soon as I heard of the IG reports that they want FBI investigations of Hillary & the email server, my first thought was that's Obama taking revenge for Hillay's 2008 primary nastiness, and laying groundwork for a run by Biden.
