You are free to exercise any religion you wish in the properly zoned structure for religious worship on the day of worship during regulated worship hours, and hear the officially approved message from the licensed pastor.

It has been written out of the Constitution by a series of USSC decisions beginning in 1947 and basically no longer exists.
