The Supreme Court put its thumb on the scale on the side of the homosexuals. Thou shalt not discriminate is the only commandment that the Supreme Court recognizes. Forget natural law, the Constitution or Christian doctrine.

As soon as they do away with the age of consent then they can say that the young boy consented and it will be the child’s word against the predator. Grown women who are victims of rape are dragged through the degrading spectacle of trying to prove that they did not have willing sex with the rapist. It will be that way with the young boy.

We are being conditioned to seeing things through the gay lens. Everything that is gay is right and good—nobody else counts. See how they make excuses for homosexual pedophiles, haven’t you heard people make excuses for them by saying “Well, there are heterosexual pedophiles too.” They think they are being very fair minded by saying this.

The left have been plotting for over a century to take everything away from us and to turn God’s world upside down -we didn’t think they could actually do it. We did not believe that the cloud of dust on the horizon could really be the barbarians who one day would be at our gates.

I know there have been people who tried to warn us but many didn’t think that it could happen.

Do you remember something called the Matochini Society? The spelling is probably not correct but it was an early homosexual group. I remember hearing about this on television. Have you ever heard of them?

There has to be a constitutional lawyer in Kentucky dreaming of such a case to land in the SCOTUS so we can really expose what’s going on.

Thanks. I worry less that there's a lawyer willing to fight it than I do that the SCOTUS might rule against the case. That would be a problem.

It is simply amazing but is easily explained by the power of Hollywood, that cradle of pederasts, that have covered for and promoted the behavior of queers. Normal people have been completely unaware of this degradation of civilization.

Nothing in there about a right to be a volunteer youth pastor for the state.

But there is this in Article VI:

... but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States. (emphasis added)
and there is this little item in the Fourteenth Amendment that the left loves to stretch beyond recognition to suit their own priorities:
No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States;...

"volunteer youth pastor for the state" would be a public trust, so this religious test to exclude pastors from this public trust based on their religious belief is therefore clearly a violation of the Constitution. Furthermore, if the state is abridging the privileges or immunities of these pastors by excluding them due to their religious beliefs, the state's action is clearly a violation of the 14th Amendment.

anyone with an ounce of responsibility and an IQ over 70 would have vomited at the thought of a government-run “volunteer youth program.”

Youth that are in the Juvenile Justice System are going to be counseled and mentored one way or another. They can either get their guidance from other criminals in the system, or the state can ALLOW (as opposed to run) community-minded volunteers to offer guidance, counseling, and mentorship. From a conservative perspective, it is better to have private volunteers serving this function than state employees.

You clearly make the mistake that this is still a nation of laws. We are now a nation of polls, regulations, decisions, and Executive Orders. Oh, all that and feeeeeeeeeelings.

Look up Mattachine Society on Wikipedia. They started this movement back in the fifties.

You will notice Harry Hay is mentioned in the Wikipedia article—he was a promoter of pedophilia. I remember this from a television program that I saw once.

NAMBLA was peopled by people who were in positions of respect such as one of the Catholic priests who molested boys. All of these people who started the Mattachine Society had positions of stature in society. What do you expect all of the movements both good and bad are started by the most intelligent. Unfortunately having a high intelligence does not make a person a good human being.

If you want to read a really good book on what happened in the Catholic Church read “Goodbye, Good Men” by Michael S. Rose. He details how the homosexuals infiltrated the Catholic seminaries which brought about the pedophile scandals in the Catholic Church. You will notice that they use tactics similar to communists—by infiltration and deception. Try looking up this book on Amazon.com. I am sure they have it and it is copywriten in 2002 so it should be quite reasonable in price.

The epidemiology of venereal disease gathered in the Bay Area of San Fran proved that most of the male queer population was spreading their diseases to young boys. We tracked their diseases and the strains of each infectious agent to thousands of young boys. It was disgusting and virtually everyone of the adult queers got away with it.
