People thought I was joking when I said Anthony Weiner would have made a better Mayor than this guy and I was proven right a 1000 times over. Regardless of whatever term DeBlasio might use to describe himself, it wouldn't be an error to call him a communist, as his past travel history (to Castro's Cuba and to Nicaragua to aid the Sandinistas) strongly suggests. It's just that the terms "Democratic socialist" or "progressive" are considerably less toxic in American politics today than "communist."

That means they want you to elect them once, then never be allowed to vote again.
