Bingo. If you look at the latest FBI homicide stats, we have 13% of the population committing 50% or so of the murders.

Its not even 13%; rather, its a small subset of that amount -- black males under the age of 40.

And the proposed fix is to infringe the rights of the vast majority who are in no way part of the problem. Never let a (manufactured) crisis go to waste.
