Sorry to bring up reality, but Cruz has dropped steadily since he declared. It has something to do with lack of exposure to media. I hardly see any interviews of him on TV.

I always thought so also but apparently we are mistaken. The current occupant of the White House does not even claim to have two American parents. The precedent is set.

I believe that is why he publicly called out McConnell. He was lied to by leadership to get his initial vote for obamatrade. McConnell was counting on the decorum of the Senate club to hide his perfidy. I am glad Senator Cruz came out and explained his reason for that.
