Yes, I think someone already mentioned it it's “A Taste of Armageddon” one of the best episodes. It's the same one where Kirk tells Scotty to carry out General order 24 in 2 hours. I just would have been believable if Kirk had given the order to anyone else, especially Sulu. Kirk and Scotty had that Reagan style of ‘we are just crazy enough to do it’ diplomacy.
