The DOJ investigation of the Center for Medical Progress, which, unlike Planned Parenthood, is not in the business of killing healthy, viable unborn babies in order to sell their organs for cash, was announced after several Democratic lawmakers called for the organization to be targeted:
Four Democrats in Congress — Reps. Jan Schakowsky, Zoe Lofgren, Jerry Nadler, and Yvette Clarke — have written to Attorney General Loretta Lynch and California Attorney General Kamala Harris, asking them to open investigations into the Center for Medical Progress. The Democrats say the videos were filmed as part of an “elaborate scheme” — using “fake identification” and without the approval of the Planned Parenthood doctor who appears in them.

Hope these people go way underground. I’m sure the investigation is in the works in order to scotch the release of the video showing the abortionists preparing the organs for sale.

Lynch was confirmed in the Senate 56 to 43. All Democrats voted for her, along with 10 Republicans: Kelly Ayotte (N.H.), Thad Cochran (Miss.), Susan Collins (Maine), Jeff Flake (Ariz.), Lindsey Graham (S.C.), Orrin Hatch (Utah), Ron Johnson (Wis.), Mark Kirk (Ill.), Rob Portman (Ohio) and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (Ky.).
Way to go GOP-e.

Of course, all of this would be happening if Romney won. Or, we would be even more screwed than with Obama. Right? That is what some were proclaiming. I have argued with one FReeper, who shall remain nameless, who amazingly stated that she does not regret sitting out. OK. Here is what we get.
I am equally disgusted with the GOP-e. But allowing Obama to retain the White House and Dept of Justice, is outrageous. Romney was near last on my list, but it was Romney, Obama, stay home, or 3rd party. Only one of those choices would be mitigating the current disaster. And the disaster will keep getting worse.
I figure our chances are 50/50 that we’ll even have an election next year.
This is like show me the person and I will show you the crime. I am not sure of the legal status of one party consensual recordings in some states, as a matter of state law, but I believe most states do not have a problem with it.
