I don't believe that CAIR, or any other islamist group, is going to view Gore's remarks as anything but a "non-apology" apology. However, the jihadists will gladly accept any victory that defeatists might hand them by going along with the canard that Gore offered a real mea culpa. You know, it would be so nice if some of our friends on The Right would exercise a little more discernment when they assess people's remarks, especially before they issue public responses, as they tend to confirm all the negative stereotypes about people on The Right lacking wit and discernment.
