He’s going to give it back to Cuba.

I've been thinking for a few days that this is what is behind all the suckup to the Castros .... if Obama gives Gitmo to the Cubans, no future president will be able to use it to fight terrorism.

And he could preclude Congress's attempts to stop him this time, simply by alienating the ground Gitmo stands on. No more safehold prison for terrorists.
