The disability carrier, on the other hand, reviews my case once a year. It sends me medical authorizations so the company can obtain my records. I also get a form to fill out asking about such things as my daily activities. Then after the company gets my records and my completed form, a representative interviews me by telephone. If the company was to become suspicious about my disability, then I would be required to submit to an examination by the insurer's doctor.
I can't understand why the feds can't do the same. I guess it's a lot easier when the fund runs dry to just hit up the taxpayer for more cash. Or the feds could print more money.
Two words explains everything. Cloward Piven. The 0bama regime wants as many as possible on whatever gummint tit it can latch them to.
[[I’ve been collecting for around 8 years, but have yet to receive anything from SS to indicate they are reviewing my present condition.]]
Buckle down- it’s coming- people with true disabilities will be the ones required to undergo these checks while people who don’t need SSD will get lawyers, provided by the state, to prevent these checks!
