In an interview with CNN's Anderson Cooper that was broadcasted tonight Republican candidate for president Donald Trump berated the reporter for continuing to address polls that shed him in a negative light instead of polls showing his upper-tier status.

"I am leading across the board," Trump said in the interview. "And then you hit me with this poll that I didn't see before, where oh, gee, it's not even that kind of a poll. All i know is I have a very big group of support. And I think one of the reasons."

"Let me tell you. The people don't trust you and the people don't trust the media. And I understand why," Trump lectured Cooper.

If you have to tell people you’re happy and proud, you’re not.

Donald Trump may mock the media because he knows it better than they know themselves. He knows Pooper Cooper likes to play the hysteric gay bully. Trump does not get bullied easily and he deciced that was not going to happen. So Trump “hit back first.”

Agreed. The Republicans are going to screw up this election just like they have screwed up the Iran nuke deal. We have nothing to lose by going with Trump.

It is as if Trump has assumed the role of interim CEO of USA,Inc., is taking control and looking for results right now. He is not waiting to be elected. There is absolutely no one effectively challenging him.

If I am not mistaken, you have posted this same idea several times on FR. And ... it is a good one. He is doing what leaders do. He is taking complete control -- over the media, the Republican primary, the national "conversation". And in all cases, he is shaping events to favor himself (and the interests of those living in USA, Inc.).

When I was in my twenty’s I was at a acquaintance and his wife’s house. Some of their gay friends showed up a bit later and were sitting around the table looking quite white and sizing me up. They in truth looked like a bunch of vampires. I left immediately. Hence the definition.

It's not a story.

And what part of the definition of 'story' does it not fit.... 1. a narrative, either true or fictitious, in prose or verse, designed to interest, amuse, or instruct the hearer or reader; tale. 2. a fictitious tale, shorter and less elaborate than a novel. 3. such narratives or tales as a branch of literature: song and story. 4. the plot or succession of incidents of a novel, poem, drama, etc.: 5.a narration of an incident or a series of events or an example of these that is or may be narrated, as an anecdote, joke, etc. 6. a narration of the events in the life of a person or the existence of a thing, or such events as a subject for narration: the story of medicine; the story of his life. 7. a report or account of a matter; statement or allegation.

Towards the end of that video clip Cooper was choking on his words and stuttering he was so intimidated. These media people have no experience with being slapped around. They are so used to doing the slapping. They simply do not know how to react.

I throw this idea out for discussion because it is jumping at me. Trump is already acting as the president and setting the agenda and getting results. I have worked for CEO’s of Fortune 500 companies and this is what they do. There instinct is to take control so as to create results.

Which candidate would be going down to the border if Trump were not. Answer:none.

He got the ball rolling for illegal immigration and now his lieutenants are following through and he can manage the process. Notice that Cruz is in the middle of this with his senate hearings. Trump is now delegating.

It is subtle. The other candidates are sniping at him and doing nothing perfectly illustrating what Trump says that they are all talk and no action. Trump is action and then talk.

He is an amazing man.

As to a pallid AC, chalk it up to cognitive spiritual dissonance, brought about, by being a dame-jeanne with a kick stand.

Journalist Anderson Cooper came out as gay on Monday after keeping his sexuality private for years.

“The fact is, I’m gay, always have been, always will be,” Cooper wrote in an email that he allowed friend Andrew Sullivan to publish at The Daily Beast website. “And I couldn’t be any more happy, comfortable with myself, and proud.”
