Mom is stabilized, but this is going to take some time.

I had three lessons today, and it’s still in the 90’s. But, I really like it when i9 have work to do. I get very lazy sitting around the house all day!

Hi, Ya, been proctoring and getting some re-certifications for myself done. I have to do a written and oral exam once a year and it’s come due. Not a problem though.

It was so fun to read though and remember what was happening and all the “oldtimers” who are now gone for one reason or the other. :)

You’ll be part of the Throwback Thursdays of the future. :)

It is good that things are cool on the cardio side - I think riding the train, and the walking it involves, has helped. David and John-Man have both asked me about working out - and John-Man has brought the weight bench out of the nether regions. The prospects look good for some regular Family MacNessa workouts!
