Hahaha, Trump should quote Bush and then have a few of his (Trump’s) people roll out about a 20 ft. wide graph showing climate trends for the last few million years, and ask Bush “When has the climate NOT been changing?

BTW, did Trump really say what you posted? I hope so!

I suggest the RINOs wear diapers for the debate

For all the handwringing among Republicans, I think it’s very possible that Trump-palooza might not actually end up mattering that much, if at all, over the long term

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!

For all the accidentally drifting temporarily into reality, They just can't resist what I call the "Whistling past the graveyard" panic!"

It’s truly agonizing for the “empty suits” to be shown to be empty suits. They would much prefer blathering inanities and platitudes, with everyone in the group all winning “participation awards” like at the Special Olympics.

This is probably their ideal answer to *any* question:

“I think this is an issue of integrity regardless of which end of the political spectrum that I stand on. I was raised in a family to know right from wrong and politics, whether or not you fall in the middle, the left or the right, it’s an issue of integrity, no matter what your opinion is, and I say that with the utmost conviction.”

Is this the RINO/GOPe debate with über GOPe Hugh Hewitt as moderator?

Unless he inserts himself into the debate, like the previous beached whale...
I don't have a problem with that!

Meh. Trump is a distraction. I’m not seeing him go the distance.

I’m with Cruz and Walker.

"I predict other candidates will refuse to take part in the debate if Donald Trump is participating."

They may do SOMETHING stupid, like rescind GOP sponsorship of the gig and warn all candidates to not participate in an unauthorized debate.

Yes, they are that stupid.

"broad coalition of independents, Republicans, and Democrats"

White, blue collar Democrats will flood in to vote for Trump, as will many independents who have not voted in years or decades.

If the GOP were "America-First", they would harness and apply this energy.

But they can't, because they are stupid and greedy.

Yes, the Republican party faces an existential threat and it's not Trump.

It is US.

"My fear is that the moderators will try and sabotage Cruz."

Why would anyone spend energy on that?

Cruz would count himself lucky to even make the top 10 cut.

He is a threat to nothing.

I have been saying for 3-4 years that conservatives need to get militant. Breitbart would approve. O’Kieff would approve. Trump has already provided an invaluable aid. He may not get the nod, but he is tearing the door off the hinges. He is giving them a blueprint as to how to kick the beasts ass. If they go nice on her, they will once again claim civility and loose in the manner of Dole, McCain, and Romney. Conservatives do not have the nature of being rude and in their face. But that is the only thing that will work against democrats. They do not take prisoners. We don’t need any more prisoners on the conservative team.

They are wrong. It’s not going to be a pageant of personalities. Trump is going to win big on the issues and his personality.

I’m guessing he will be at 40% after the first debate. He’s at 24% now, so he only needs 16% more.

Do you suppose Stephanopoulos would be available to moderate? I would pay money to see that.

10 debaters. What a sham. The GOP hasn't figured out how to do it better? Really? Are they that stupid?

I could even see Trump opting out of the debates and holding his own press conference or rally to talk at length on the issues that he would normally get a total of 10 minutes with that many people. Then watch the press go into a tizzy because he ruined their stupid debates. It would turn the debate totally on its ear.
