why not? it’s not like congress will stop him

You know I really am tired of comments like this. What is Congress supposed to do when he steps over them and does what he wants to do. Take for example the latest audacity by that arrogan't pos where her instead of going to Congress and getting the okay for the Iran deal he went straight to the Useless Nations.

it’s a pretty useless ‘check & balance’ if congress can’t impact the other branches

what can congress do?
1. impeach anyone in the executive and judicial branches
2. withhold all funding for any and all programs (ie: shutdown everything)

of course, if you have a moron for a majority ‘leader’ then you wouldn’t have either of these options.

which is where we are today. a sole member of the house is holding back congress from doing its duty

Hummm, I seem to remember something about a ‘power of the purse’...Something else about impeachment.

But, hell, you’re DEFENDING the same body that (ILLEGALLY) delegated treaty authority to the Executive branch!? HINT: Only TREATIES have the force of Law...when made in ACCORDANCE of the Constitution (Prez and/or Congress has no authority to hand over any power to the U.N., should they ever try).
