Well most of the time it is. History shows exactly that. Perry lives there and made border stunts a way of life. It’s like political Mecca and all pols must make a pilgrimage there, recite conservative mantras, people get them some ‘feelgood’ and then border guards are instructed to stand down.
So far trump has said words we want to hear. I am happy to hear those words. Until they translate into deportations, fences or prosecutions to anyone involved with sanctuary city horseshit thats all they are.
IF he is elected and IF he actually can overcome both parties to make a single change I will be impressed bu that change. But not until. Words are not action. Regardless of hoe feelgood they are.
Do I hope he continues? Yes. Do I trust him? No reason to trust a man with his record. Do I want him as America’s President? Not on his best day.
Actually the California conservatives and Republicans betrayed him at the voting both on good amendments he backed.
Couldn’t even get parental notification with minors passed after hundreds of millions in union money spent in oposition.
Seeing there was o support he gave up and just got along.

Head of union in DC axed the iinvite/honor. Trump is going anyway. Breitbart has a good article with an interview of nonunion agent. The area he is going to is the worse. It also was ignored by Perry

Thanks, I found out later on TV, couldn’t get online all day. Watched Trump’s short speech afterward, pretty tame compared to his usual. But as always, spot on.
We are going to see the more professional side as we approach the debates. He will never appear scripted. He doesn’t use a teleprompters or have speech writer prepare a speech using the latest polls. He will always speak from the head and heart
I’ll agree with that, I’ve been wondering and have thought he would probably bring out the more responsible Trump at the debates.
I’ve said before I wish he would be a bit more tactful, but I love seeing someone stir the GOP the way he’s doing. They pretty much look like cub scouts trying to set up tents in a hurricane right now.
I’ve been watching, hes still top story in the news right now. Someone conned border patrol union into dropping their invitation, he still comes out getting all the press. The only bigger story tonight is the shooting in Lafayette, LA.
