On the heels of a report out of the Washington Post that said one of the Marines in the Chattanooga shooting spree was possibly armed, a new report has come out from the Navy Times, which not only confirms that he was armed, but that he did exchange fire with Abdulazeez, along with a Navy Lt. Cmdr who also shot back.

Good for him... Unfortunately, he will be court- marshalled and this will end his career. A good reminder that we all need practice in this scenario, so we don’t miss. It didn’t say in the article whether he had any successful shots. Glock 9mm.. Respect.
Wait for it. Wait. Wait. Soon these two will be courts martialed, or forced to leave the military. Can’t have our military men shooting at Muslims in the good old US.

Are military personnel required to leave their weapons in their vehicles if they simply stopped by a recruiting office for some reason?
Most military personnel these day do not have any weapons issued ... IMO - very possibly privatively owned guns or issued without required orders...

I recently participated in an “Active shooter” drill.
Lots of people shot.
When the “cops” finally got there, there was not a lot of “shooter” left...but it was still eye opening.

Carrying a weapon in violation of a standing order will get him booted from the service by the regime.

While I truly admire this young lady’s comments, she will more than likely be disciplined by her station and removed from her position as “Anchor”, we can’t have people on TV actually going against the politically correct crowd.
9mm is correct, but the "official" military side arm is the Baretta M9.
Good for them. Give the Lt.Commander a medal, and give the Marine a posthumous medal.
There was enough time for one of the Marines who was killed to text his girlfriend that there was an active shooter. Maybe he was sitting in his car. Marines are not allowed to walk and text. They must stand still to text or even to talk on their phones. And it doesn’t matter what they are wearing for that rule to be in effect.

I don't think so at all. This is a new cable station, One America News Network (OAN). It is a new conservative, pro-Constitution station out of San Diego. They do a great job and my guess is they will eventually get a lot of the Faux News viewers because Faux News has moved leftward.
