I thought the House could impeach any member of the executive or judiciary.
That is exactly why Obama orchestrated the invasion on our southern border to force Congress to pass amnesty. That extortion attempt should have led to impeachment then, because the president is refusing to enforce our immigration laws. The wusses in Congress refuse to file articles of impeachment even though it’s an open and shut case of Obama’s refusal to do his duty.
