President Obama ordered flags be lowered to half staff in honor of service members killed on July 16 by a gunman in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Mohammad Abdulazeez, 24, shot four Marines, a sailor and a police officer. The Marines and sailor died from their injuries. "Our thoughts and prayers as a Nation are with the service members killed last week in Chattanooga. We honor their service," President Obama said in a statement on Tuesday. "We offer our gratitude to the police officers and first responders who stopped the rampage and saved lives. We draw strength from yet another American community that

Perhaps because Boehner had the flag at the Capitol lowered to half staff. But I'd like to know why it took so long for Boehner to grow a spine and order the flag lowered.
