I wonder if that law would hold up in coudt. At least for a nationwide race.

But I don't think Trump will run third party. Not out of any sense of decency, he just doesn't want to run. Plus, he may not be smart, but I don't think he's dumb enough to spend his own money on a campaign. He would have to raise a lot of money.
