Definitely not heckling. I’m no lawyer but this sounds like aggravated assault with a motor vehicle and manslaughter. Hope they catch the vermin that caused this.

Depends on the determination and what and which authority takes the prosecution. From what’s being reported here and elswhere it sure sounds like “murder 1”. But what and who does the prosecution will make the difference..
If it’s the Fed where in the Roof’s case he leaves a manifesto citing the series of murders and injuries caused by black youths resulting from the Zimmerman trial. When blacks were claiming retribution inspired by inflamatory reporting of the “cold blooded murder of Trevon Martin because he’s black”.
