When Reagan first ran for President, he had already supported Goldwater publicly AND served two terms as Governor of California as a conservative Republican. Trump was a registered Democrat who supported Obama in 2008 and claimed no party at all in 2012.

He Gave voice to an issue that can pull people from across party lines. That is why all of you are so flipping upset. You know it. He knows it and a lot of average Americans both the left & the right ignore know it.

Stop making the comparison to Reagan. Reagan changed parties ONCE in his life and he was a conservative activist for 20 years before president. Trump changed parties MANY times.

He went from Republican to Democrat. Just like Hillary Clinton!
