Barack Hussein Obama registered at a post office in Hawaii. The effective registration date was September 4, 1980.

Now, c'mon, looking to answer the question of proper registration by asking the agency who is charged with overseeing the registration process is . . . a bit like cheating, no? Where's the challenge in that? One is supposed to pour over fuzzy microfiche copies posted to the internet and try to decipher whether some markings looks suspicious and make conclusions from that.

Stamped number in the upper right corner is the Document Locator Number (DLN). The DLN is added at time the card is processed. Henderson's is 0897080613 and Obama's is 0897080632. Those numbers are pretty close to be 27 years apart.
