You are correct in your presumption.
It’s best to avoid or at least watch yourself around people with demonstrable mental illnesses.
1 in every 100 is a sociopath. Good book on this, and a fast read, is ‘The Sociopath Next Door’ by Martha Stout.
I’m convinced there is a concentration of them in DC. Not joking.
Wanting control over your fellow man is more than likely a common character trait of the sociopath,
so, yes, you’re probably right on.

Shapiro was asked by host Dr. Drew Pinsky if Jenner deserved the ESPY’s Arthur Ashe Courage Award, he responded, “For what?”
Pinsky then said, “For courageously coming forward, for having been an athlete of great prowess, and now fighting a new battle?”
Shapiro asked, “What exactly is the battle? I mean, self-definition what is you do. And my baby’s doing it at 18 months old. I was unaware that you get a medal for it.”
They really didn’t his help to look stupid. They achieved stupidity without his help very well.
He looks like Bruce Jenner. Must have gone to the same ‘doctor’.
