The murder rate also doubled from 2012 to 2013, too, placing it slightly HIGHER than Memphis (!) per 100,000 residents rate.

Hey mayor, presuming your numbers are right, here's a hint, when you have a large number of White people fleeing the city (overall population isn't up hardly at all since 2010 so the change isn't just Hispanics coming in) that means you are doing a SH*TTY job.
