Apparently that is his fathers house who was working for the city. Man they pay those city workers well lol.
According to the Chattanooga Times, his FATHER is the soil engineer for Chattanooga. The house that was searched was his father’s house. The son was a 2012 graduate of University of Tennessee - Chattanooga. Their home is in Hixson (a suburb of Chatt.)
