The privilege of being a narcissist: you don't have to worry or even think about all the people you are inconveniencing. And, be assured, he doesn't.
On the other hand, recall how GWB used to schedule his visits into metropolitan areas so as to least inconvenience the residents? He never moved at rush hour, for example.
The Zero, however, seems to enjoy shutting down traffic...
