Obama is a tool. He has done more to undermine US security than any president in history.
I have a question: There are other signatories to the treaty. Couldn’t any one of the others have introduced the draft resolution into the UN? And would it be any more or less binding on the US regardless of the Council vote?
That’s not to say I like Obama sticking his thumb in our eye again. This is more serious than rainbow spotlights on the White House. But in the end, does it make any difference? If Congress somehow over-rides, would it have mattered who introduced a resolution?
Mitch wouldn’t have been there to do that but idiots had to have their lesser evils over a conservaive or even powerless freshman Dem.
Blame them first. They are ultimately responsible. Especially those on FR and elsewhere that screamed at us that we hated our country for opposing evil and standing on principle.

The US and other major countries have VETO powers at the UN. So the US could VETO anything until Congress has its say.
Instead the US is acting as Iran’s backer, introducing a resolution that will effectively override the 5 earlier UN resolutions (4 of which were passed under Bush) and giving the world’s foremost sponsor of terror a clean bill of health.
Furthermore, Zero has tried to argue that other countries wouldn’t maintain sanctions, even though he has been the one leading the charge for their removal over the past 2 years!
