You know Mr Cheney I've asked that same question about every POTUS since the third week of January 1989. I asked it when you and Poppy Smirks began dismantling our military and scuttled the best Naval fighter plane built while doing so destroying even the blueprints and tooling. I asked it when I saw that under your tenure as Sec of Defense we decommissioned more ships than Clinton's two terms but not by much. I asked it when Poppy sent troops to Iraq and didn't let them finish their job meaning leveling the nation and complete elimination of any future threat.
I asked it many times in both Clinton terms. I asked it just about every time GW Bush came up with a new Bigger Government program and his policy on ROE in Iraq as well. I have asked it daily under the Obama terms and the incompetent congress we have lived under since Boehners 1996 Coup in the GOP.
Yes Mr Cheney that the question of the day "What the hell is the president, congress, and the judges, thinking?" And one last question. Do you think us to be so stupid we haven't noticed all this happening? Your former Bossses abuses and must have new executive powers and new programs for friends obtained set us up for Obama and his tyranny. Now Mr Cheney What the hell were you thinking as well?
