Jews are (mostly) endogamous, so there is an almost certainty that any identifiable Jew by birth today would carry DNA from Judah, and back to Abraham too.
If you mean only from the tribe of Judah, no.
Thanks for that clarification. But I’m still confused. Did the 12 tribes freely intermarry? Or did they tend more toward toward seeking marriage within their own tribe? My impression is that cousin-marriage was favored but I don’t grasp the implications of that.
