Nothing at all wrong with fat in the diet of an active person. Beats the tar out of the sugar that is used as a substitute for taste in many foods.

An admittedly extreme example, but still makes your point, you may remember Michael Phelps, the Olympic champion swimmer.

It was reported that, prior to working out, he ate about the equivalent of five breakfasts, milk and other things that he obviously burned off by day’s end. It’s truly mind boggling the quantity and variety of food he ate in one sitting.

Those who work hard physically need lots of protein, carbs, etc. This PC military is for the birds.
